Simply adding a ‘pop of colour’ to the front yard with flowers can also add to the curbside appeal of your property – just make sure to keep the allergy sufferers in mind and choose flowers that don’t have a strong perfume. Windows! Cleaning windows inside and out is a must. They are the eyes of your property and need to sparkle. Mulching the garden is a good idea also, but ensure it’s done well in advance so that potential buyers are not put off by the smell.
